Customer Testimonials - Was let down by a national company ordering online. Decided to try a Norwich based company and OH BOY am I glad I did. Checked the website, and for reassurance gave them a call, explained I needed an office chair delivered ASAP and asked if we could make this happen. Long story cut short, just over 24 hours later I heard a knock at the door and there was my chair! Incredible service, friendly people with the right CAN DO attitude. 2 hrs into my Monday my back is much happier :) Super service, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks Callum :)

I have worked for the same company for 28 years and we have always bought our office supplies from Norwich Office. Their customer service is second to none and they have even been known to send someone out in a car when we needed an item urgently. Would never go anywhere else. They even custom fitted new office furniture and are in the process of doing it again. If we are not sure what we need for a certain job, it only takes a phone call to get relevant options. Highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of office supplies. The delivery people are always efficient and polite and happy to take items to the back door if needed.

On both occasions the service and advice I received in the showroom was fantastic. Today I received a phone call to arrange delivery of a chair, it was with me within an hour and your driver was friendly, polite and helpful. Having never found an office chair that actually works for me (I'm short and they always seem to be built for tall men!) Popped in to buy some bubble wrap and a box to send some computer parts back to the supplier in. The staff were very helpful and polite and I ended up leaving with a new (used) desk chair as well which I had been meaning to purchase for a couple of months. Would happily shop again.

Place had a great selection of new and used desks. I bought a adjustable height desk and had a different top placed on it. The customer service was awesome as I had a 19 month old running wild. I will be using them for all my desk needs.
