Was let down by a national company ordering online. Decided to try a Norwich based company and OH BOY am I glad I did. Checked the website, and for reassurance gave them a call, explained I needed an office chair delivered ASAP and asked if we could make this happen. Long story cut short, just over 24 hours later I heard a knock at the door and there was my chair! Incredible service, friendly people with the right CAN DO attitude. 2 hrs into my Monday my back is much happier :) Super service, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks Callum :)

Having never found an office chair that actually works for me (I'm short and they always seem to be built for tall men!) I was thrilled to visit this company yesterday - so helpful and so knowledgeable and I walked away with a chair that actually makes me want to work more. Wish I'd found them years ago. Thank you!
Would like to say also that the guys were brilliant yesterday, had a bit of a sweat on but didn’t stop from the minute they arrived until they left, and helped us move it all around a couple of times, great lads and Colin did us proud with the bits he selected for us, so overall a very happy customer this morning.Thanks for your support as always.

Popped in to buy some bubble wrap and a box to send some computer parts back to the supplier in. The staff were very helpful and polite and I ended up leaving with a new (used) desk chair as well which I had been meaning to purchase for a couple of months. Would happily shop again.
Super helpful team - literally cannot do enough for you. Huge showroom filled to bursting with new and secondhand office furniture, including sit/stand desks and ergonomic seating. Thoroughly recommend if you are looking to kit out a start-up on a budget.

Place had a great selection of new and used desks. I bought a adjustable height desk and had a different top placed on it. The customer service was awesome as I had a 19 month old running wild. I will be using them for all my desk needs.

Bought a new chair and used desk from this company - extremely helpful staff. The desk was delivered for free, and the two delivery guys even set it up for me. Couldn't ask for better service - the prices were also lower than anything I had found in the city online.
